Client Service Representative

We want YOU! Come join our fun, experienced, patient, kind, compassionate team. VCA Burbank Animal Hospital is seeking a Client Service Representative to help care for our clients and patients. Come grow your interpersonal skills alongside our highly experienced pet professionals!
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :
- Customer service functions, including : greeting visitors, answering telephones
- Scheduling and confirming appointments
- Placing outbound calls for follow-ups
- Presenting and explaining fees, including processing payments
- Answering questions regarding products and services, including educating clients on general animal husbandry and non-medical pet care (, heartworm prevention, housebreaking, and flea & tick control)
- Managing medical records, charts, reports and correspondence
