Vice President of Product Operations

A company is looking for a Vice President of Product Operations to lead operational excellence across its product organization.

Key Responsibilities

Define and implement frameworks for product planning, execution, and performance measurement

Drive continuous improvement in Product Lifecycle Management processes and standardize workflows

Partner with cross-functional teams to align operational priorities with strategic goals

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related discipline, or equivalent work experience

Master's or advanced degree in the same discipline is preferred

10+ years of experience in Product Operations or related leadership roles within SaaS or technology organizations

Proven ability to implement operational frameworks that improve efficiency

Experience in public safety, emergency response, or mission-critical systems is a plus
