Job descriptionPersonal Care with Dignity Assist with bathing, grooming, toileting, transfers, and mobility exercises. Healthy Home & Meals Plan, prep, and serve nutritious meals; keep the home tidy with light housekeeping and laundry. Medication & Wellness Oversight Provide timely reminders and track basic health indicators. Companionship & Engagement Chat, play games, accompany walks, and support social outings or errands. Family & Team Communication Maintain clear, respectful updates with loved ones and the care team. Prior experience as a live-in caregiver, home health aide, or PCA preferred. Current CPR / First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain). Confidence with safe transfers and basic housekeeping / cooking. Ability to lift 50 lbs and remain awake / alert for overnight safety checks. Compassionate, reliable, and mindful of privacy in a clients home.
