Assistant Warehouse / Fulfillment Manager

We’re seeking an experienced Assistant warehouse  to lead a high-performing team and oversee daily distribution operations. This role combines hands-on leadership with strong technical and organizational skills to ensure efficiency, safety, and exceptional service levels.

Key Responsibilities :

Supervise all warehouse functions including receiving, order processing, picking, packing, and shipping.

Lead, train, and develop team members—providing clear expectations, performance feedback, and career support.

Maintain compliance with GMP , SQF , and all safety standards.

Ensure housekeeping and health & safety standards are consistently met.

Support scheduling, team meetings, and day-to-day operational planning.

Foster a positive, collaborative team environment while resolving staffing or performance issues in line with company policies.

Qualifications :

Strong leadership and organizational skills with proven management experience.

Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).

Proficient in computer systems and warehouse software.

Customer-focused with a proactive, “can-do” attitude.

Minimum of secondary education required.
