Strong time management and communication abilities are essential, with a focus on executing projects and timelines efficiently.Responsibilities:Project Management:
  • Follow Medscape processes to ensure consistent, compliant project execution.
  • Manage project timelines in Workfront, updating daily and communicating progress to Account Management.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align on timelines, assets, and deliverables; participate in kickoff, review, and prelaunch meetings.
  • Use Workfront reporting to track progress, follow up on delays, and escalate issues as needed.
  • Support timeline changes, ensure clear communication of client priorities, and help deliver high-quality, error-free work.
  • Maintain organized project folders and provide coverage for teammates when needed.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Exposure to digital advertising, agency environments, or healthcare.
  • Experience with project coordination, traffic, or project management.
  • Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and project/task management tools (Workfront or similar).
Salary range: $54,000.00 - $60,000.00Benefits:Employees in this position are eligible to participate in the company sponsored benefit programs, including the following within the first 12 months of employment:
