We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Restoration Estimator to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in ensuring our projects are accurately budgeted and financially viable from inception through completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cost analysis, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities :
- Review project specifications and requirements to prepare accurate cost estimates
- Analyze labor, materials, and time requirements for each project
- Obtain and evaluate bids from suppliers and subcontractors
- Collaborate with project managers, clients, and other stakeholders to clarify project needs
- Prepare and present detailed written estimates and proposals
- Update estimates as project scope or conditions change
