Location : Rochester, New York

Salary Range : $90,000 - $95,000 + $16,600 Annual Bonus Potential

Additional Sign-On Bonus : $5,000 (available for new hires only)

Maxim Healthcare is seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Manager to oversee the assignment and management of Clinical Supervisors, ensuring high-quality care coordination and compliance across client populations. This leadership role is ideal for a seasoned RN with a passion for clinical excellence and team development.

Key Responsibilities :

Assign and manage Clinical Supervisors across client populations

Oversee care coordination, orientation, and clinical quality initiatives

Ensure compliance with contracts, programs, and regulatory requirements

Support quality and budget management efforts

Lead hiring, training, and development of clinical staff

Prepare for and participate in regulatory audits (e.g., Joint Commission, ACHC)

Maintain accurate documentation and uphold internal standards

Qualifications :

Active RN license (in applicable states)

Minimum 2 years of home care experience; 1 year of supervisory experience preferred

Experience in quality and budget management preferred

Strong leadership and communication skills

Familiarity with regulatory audits and compliance standards

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer literacy

Fluency in English required

Must meet all federal, state, local, and internal requirements
