Lab Manager - Water-based Adhesive

Responsibilities

• Support the formulation and optimization of water-based adhesive products to meet performance and regulatory standards
• Conduct lab testing and analyze adhesive properties to ensure quality and functionality
• Perform quality control evaluations to maintain product consistency and reliability
• Provide on-site technical assistance to customers, including troubleshooting and application support
• Document experimental methods, results, and insights in clear technical reports
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and sales teams to align product development with operational goals
• Uphold lab safety standards and stay informed on emerging technologies and industry trends in adhesive chemistry
