  • Level 1 Trauma Center 16 bed Trauma Intensive Care Unit.

    • Job Requirements

  • Must be AHA certified for BLS and ACLS.
  • Nursys verification within 30 days prior to start.
  • Current license and primary source verification within 30 days prior to start of assignment.
  • Completed Ascension Specialty Exam prior to first assignment and updated every 3 years thereafter.
  • Completed Ascension Color Vision prior to start and updated every 3 years.
  • Completed Ascension Core Competencies within a year of start and updated yearly.
  • Completed Ascension EKG Exam prior to start with a passing score of at least 80%.
  • Completed Ascension Onboarding Requirements Education Attestation prior to start.
  • Completed Ascension Nursing Contract Worker Onboarding prior to start.
  • Completed Ascension Nova StatStrip prior to start.
  • Documented proof of two MMR vaccines or Positive IGG Titer prior to start.
  • Fit Test required prior to start.
  • Documentation of vaccination series completion or declination to vaccine prior to start.
  • 1st PPD within 1 year, 2nd PPD within 30 days of start.
  • Documented proof of two Varicella vaccines or serological evidence of immunity prior to start.
  • Tdap vaccination required prior to start.
  • Ascension Criminal Background Check Results required prior to start.
  • Ascension EPLS required prior to start.
  • Clinical Skills Checklist to be completed within one year of start and updated annually for specialty.
  • Ascension 12 Panel Drug Screen required within 30 days prior to start.
