Family Partner Salary : $29,439-$32,169

JOB PURPOSE

Serves as Family / Parent Partner for the Center. Assists families / caregivers in accessing social support services at Spindletop Center and in the community.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED :

High school diploma or GED preferred. Must be a parent or caregiver of a child who has received mental health services in any community Mental Health agency. Preference is given to parents of children's mental health services at Spindletop Center who have experience accessing community services for that child.

DRIVING REQUIRED : Yes

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES :

• Ability to write progress notes according to standards, assessments, brief mental status exams, memos, letters, various complex reports, and miscellaneous other documents with acceptable spelling and grammar.
• Computer skills in the use of technology with Microsoft Office and all Google applications.
