Compensation Range: 21.15 - 28.65
Our Restaurant hourly Associate Manager is a true embodiment of unbridled hospitality, responsible for helping to ensure seamless day-to-day front of house operations, with an unwavering commitment to excellence under the supervision of exempt Management. As Brand ambassador, they uphold our company's standards, crafting a memorable experience for Guests. Pay Range (Base Pay): Pay range disclosed above.
Other Types of Compensation (subject to qualifications and requirements): Variable Bonus, Referral Bonus, Employee Stock Purchase Program, Paid Parental Leave.
Insurance (subject to qualifications and requirements): Health, vision, dental, life, accident, critical illness, and hospital indemnity coverage (must be 18+).
Retirement Benefits (subject to qualifications and requirements): 401k retirement plan (with company match to 4% of pay) (must be 21+, after 1+ years of service, and 1,000+ hours/year).
Paid Time Off (subject to qualifications and requirements): 0.03846 hours for each 1 hour worked (after 35+ Hours/week).
