About the Role Redhorse is transforming how the government leverages data and technology. This critical role provides expert technical guidance and support to our clients within the US National Security community. You will be a key advisor, influencing policy, leading projects, and improving the effectiveness of vital enterprise systems. You will have the opportunity to directly impact national security operations by improving data utilization, system performance, and communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Leading, planning, initiating, coordinating, and executing special projects and programs of varying scope and complexity.
• Evaluating policy, data, and systems and advising on options for improvements or change.
• Implementing corrective actions based on assessments and analysis.
• Translating and communicating complex technical subject matter to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Utilizing U.S. National Security systems to support mission objectives.
• Applying expertise in IC mission sets, FISA policy, and case management.
• Understanding how stakeholders use various enterprise systems and applications.
• Writing and presenting oral briefs and presentations to various levels of staff and stakeholders.
• Displaying poise, tact, and diplomacy with all levels of staff and stakeholders.
• Successfully utilizing MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Power BI, and SharePoint.
