Job Description

Develop and execute business development strategies to expand the company's footprint in the EW / Radar market. Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities with key clients and partners. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business development activities with overall company goals. Manage direct sales reports and be a player coach by closing deals on your own accounts while strategizing with your team to achieve success. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and industry leaders. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and risks. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients. Ensure sales targets and objectives are met or exceeded consistently. Provide regular updates and reports to senior leadership on business development progress and strategies.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Director of BD - EW / Radar should have :
