In this role, you will ensure the efficient operation of HVAC and environmental control systems, maintaining a comfortable and safe living environment for our residents and staff.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, including heating, cooling, and air quality control systems within the community buildings.
• Conduct regular inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure the efficient functioning of all HVAC equipment and systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve HVAC system malfunctions, working quickly and efficiently to minimize downtime.
• Ensure that all HVAC systems meet state and federal regulations for safety, air quality, and energy efficiency.
• Monitor and adjust environmental control systems, ensuring optimal comfort levels in living spaces, common areas, and administrative offices.
• Collaborate with the maintenance team to address other mechanical, electrical, or plumbing issues as needed.
• Document and track HVAC repairs, maintenance schedules, and inventory to ensure systems are operating optimally.
• Adhere to safety protocols and industry best practices while maintaining a safe working environment for yourself and others.
• Respond to urgent maintenance requests related to HVAC systems, ensuring a prompt resolution to maintain resident comfort.
