Requirements
Essential Functions
- Receive and enter inventory into ERP system.
- Inspect received items for quality, quantity, and accuracy.
- Test received components when required.
- Pick and kit electronic per Work Order for use in Production.
- Communicate stock shortages / inventory discrepancies and escalate issues, as necessary.
- Perform cycle counts to ensure accuracy of inventory.
- Stock inventory in allocated storage locations.
- Work in tandem with Production Coordinator and Production Manager to coordinate scheduling for relevant factory location.
- Supervise and direct the efforts of the Inventory Team personnel to maintain efficient workflow, work assignments, and output standards.
- Ensure Inventory Team personnel are trained on how to use the Inventory Management System and affiliated Krypton procedures.
Required & Preferred Education / Experience / Skills
Previous work experience in an electronics manufacturing environment is a plus.1+ years' experience in a similar role is a plus.ERP systems experience is a plus.Good computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook is a plus.Work Environment / Physical & Mental Requirements
This job operates in a manufacturing assembly environment.Acute attention to detail is required.Requires frequent communication of part information with team members and other members of production.Requires lifting parts, tools, and boxes weighing up to 30lbs.
