Strategic Account Manager Integrated Technologies

The Strategic Account Manager Integrated Technologies is the primary customer-facing representative for the Australia and Asia region. This role is responsible for driving sales of technical solutions to the mining industry, including :
- Cyanide technologies
- Innovative Glycat and other leaching technologies
- Analyzer and sensor portfolio
- AI-powered optimization technologies
The role focuses on achieving short- and long-term volume and margin targets, while building and maintaining multi-level relationships across existing, past, and prospective customers. A key aspect of the role is gathering and leveraging customer intelligence and stakeholder insights to understand competitive positioning in the region.

Deep understanding of mining industry technologies including cyanide, Glycat, leaching, analyzers, and AI optimization.Ability to translate complex technical solutions into customer value propositions.Skilled in preparing and presenting technical bid proposals and solution packages.Contract and Commercial Management
Proficient in managing high-value contracts (>$10 million), including negotiation, renewal, and compliance.
Strong grasp of commercial terms, risk mitigation, and legal considerations in industrial sales.Experience with contract lifecycle tools and CRM systems.Leadership Competencies :

Bachelor's degree in a technical or commercial disciplineMinimum 15 years of sales experience, preferably in mining or industrial chemicalsStrong negotiation and conflict resolution skillsSelf-motivated with initiative and driveExcellent oral and written communicationTeam-oriented with ability to work remotely and independentlySolution-focused with strong relationship-building capabilities
