Quality Supervisor

Valgroup is hiring a Quality Control Supervisor in Findlay, Ohio . We are one of the largest plastics producers and recyclers in the world. Resolve quality problems with management, engineering, and operations
Work with all levels to identify standards and initiate improvements
Manage quality lab and equipment
Interview, training, and performance management
Document and control nonconformance materials
Track and report quality measurements and goals

Skills needed for success :

2 years or more experience in leading quality control within a manufacturing environment

2 years or more experience directly supervising others including performance reviews and training

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications

Data Analysis and reporting

SAP experience preferred
