1st shift M-F 6AM-2 : 30PM, can start at 7AM for flexibility if needed

Onsite – can work remote 1 day a week Monday or Friday once the technician is fully trained

Labor Time Technician :

Someone who is able to work on every part of the vehicle-

This role will time the process to take apart and put the vehicle back together and of course optimize the process as they go through the cars.

Specific Responsibilities of this Position :

• Perform on vehicle Validation of service procedures
• Identify errors and possible optimizations within service procedures
• Perform time studies of removal and installation procedures
• Document validations and time studies
• Document and communicate project status to leadership as required.
• Perform special assignments as requested
• Worker required to have 2 + years of experience
• Worker required to have at least 4 ASE Certifications

Daily breakdown – come in for the day, check email first thing in the morning to check in on issues, refer to tracker file which is a roadmap of tasks that need to be done, get the task and complete it, there is a not a set number of items to complete per week, will be doing different special projects not always just normal work (25-30 different procedures to be done every week – when they are busier they are not currently tracking this right now)

They look for the technicians to come up with 6 per quarter video clips of better ways to do something or notes / pictures to help the technicians or 24 per year

Worker required to have 2 + years of experience

Worker required to have at least 4 ASE Certifications – MUST HAVE (4 of any kind of certifications – the manager is not looking for a specific 4)
