This is a remote position.
As a Customer Care Agent at Laka Group SRL in the Machinery industry you will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction. You will be the primary point of contact for customers addressing their inquiries resolving issues and providing support to maintain strong relationships.
Location : United States (Remote)
Responsibilities :
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone email and chat
- Provide accurate information about products services and policies
- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally
- Escalate complex problems to the appropriate department for resolution
- Maintain customer records and update information in the database
- Follow up with customers to ensure their needs are met and issues are resolved

Excellent written communication skills with a strong command of the English language. Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in using chat platforms and customer service software. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
