Job Responsibilities :
Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
- Support daily, weekly, and monthly financial consolidation processes including P&L tracking and close activities.
- Assist in the preparation of financial forecasts and budgeting cycles.
- Analyze plant spending and monitor spend management systems.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly reporting packages for senior leadership.
- Develop and maintain financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning
- Analyze manufacturing cost structures, including direct labor, materials, and overhead
- Partner with operations and supply chain teams to understand cost drivers and identify efficiency opportunities
- Prepare monthly financial reports, variance analyses, and KPI dashboards for senior leadership
- Support scenario planning and sensitivity analyses to evaluate business risks and opportunities
- Assist in capital expenditure planning and ROI analysis for new projects and equipment
- Monitor inventory levels and working capital metrics to optimize cash flow
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial goals with operational strategies
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial policies
Qualifications / Skills :
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field from an accredited institution.Minimum 2 years of professional experience in finance and / or accounting.Prior manufacturing experienceStrong MS Office experiencePreferred Qualifications
Experience in cost accounting and financial analysis within a manufacturing environment.Familiarity with Hyperion and other financial systems.Advanced degree or certification (MBA, CPA, CMA) preferred.Strong knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.Proficiency in querying databases and working with large data sets.Demonstrated ability to lead and support process improvement initiatives.About Fives Group :
