With a current revenue of $60-70 million and projected growth of 15-20%, we are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead high-value projects and support our expanding portfolio.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead mechanical construction projects from inception to completion, typically valued at $5 million and above.
• Manage budgets, schedules, and client relationships while coordinating with field personnel and internal teams.
• Delegate tasks to project coordinators and engineers; our PMs focus on leadership and financial oversight rather than administrative duties.
• Contribute to business development efforts and support project acquisition.
• Maintain a strong on-site presence across projects within an hour of downtown Columbus.
