Project Manager - Mechanical Construction

We specialize in full-cycle construction projects across healthcare, data centers, and commercial sectors. With a current revenue of $60-70 million and projected growth of 15-20%, we are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead high-value projects and support our expanding portfolio.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead mechanical construction projects from inception to completion, typically valued at $5 million and above.
- Manage budgets, schedules, and client relationships while coordinating with field personnel and internal teams.
- Delegate tasks to project coordinators and engineers; our PMs focus on leadership and financial oversight rather than administrative duties.
- Contribute to business development efforts and support project acquisition.
- Maintain a strong on-site presence across projects within an hour of downtown Columbus.
Candidate Profile :
Minimum 5 years of experience managing mechanical construction projects, ideally with exposure to projects exceeding $5 million.Strong leadership and interpersonal skills; able to read the room and maintain team morale.Self-starter with a collaborative mindset and the ability to keep projects moving efficiently.Experience with Ohio-based mechanical contractors preferred.No specific educational requirements; we value practical experience and initiative.What We Offer :
