Trillium Construction is now hiring in Madison, WI!

Our client is a top solar contractor specializing in large utility scale solar projects across the country. They are now hiring for an Assistant Superintendent and a Safety for their project in Madison, WI. This is a contracted position for about 2-3 months paying up to $28 / hr.

Duties :

• Implement and enforce site-specific safety programs, policies, and procedures in compliance with OSHA and company standards.
• Conduct daily safety meetings, toolbox talks, and site inspections.
• Identify potential hazards and coordinate corrective actions with site leadership.
• Maintain safety logs, incident reports, and corrective action documentation.
• Ensure all personnel and subcontractors are trained and compliant with PPE and safety requirements.
• Support the development of Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs) and pre-task plans.
• Assist the Superintendent in daily field operations, scheduling, and coordination of crews and subcontractors.
• Monitor progress, quality, and productivity to ensure adherence to plans and timelines.
• Help track materials, deliveries, and equipment needs.
• Support inspections, punch lists, and project closeout activities.
• Serve as a liaison between field teams and project management to maintain clear communication.
• Maintain accurate daily logs, photos, and safety reports.
• Support compliance with project documentation requirements (permits, audits, inspections).
• Report progress and safety metrics to project leadership regularly.

Previous experience - Ability to pass pre-employment screenings.
