Job descriptionBuild strong rapport while maintaining a results-driven approach with understanding of data analysis and conversion rates. Support client experience through onboarding / sales and cross-selling opportunities when appropriate. Customer Service & Support Provide real-time troubleshootingfor technical or process-related concerns. Maintain accurate records in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce and related). Technical & Documentation Utilize tools such as SharePoint, Adobe, Salesforce, and Slackfor communication and documentation. Collaboration & Process Improvement Contribute to process improvements and assist with administrative tasks. Maintain task documentation to support ongoing training and improvement. Education : Bachelors degree (BA / BS required). Experience : Proven sales experiencein a competitive or high-volume environment, preferred but not required. Technical Skills : Strong business writingand communication skills, and related course work or experience preferred. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively under pressure. Results-oriented, assertive, and driven by growth. This is an in-person rolebased at our Richland, WA office. Requires regular interaction with team members and clients onsite.

Position Overview
The Customer Service & Sales Specialist will serve as a key point of contact for clients, handling inquiries, providing real-time troubleshooting, and supporting intake and conversion efforts. This role requires a blend of sales acumen, customer service expertise, and technical proficiencyto ensure smooth operations and exceptional client experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Interaction & Sales
Engage with potential clients via phone, email, and in-person to provide information and convert inquiries into signed cases.
Respond promptly to client inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism.
Create and maintain technical documentationfor internal processes and client-facing resources.
Work closely with intake and case management teams to ensure seamless client onboarding.
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of customer service or related experiencein a professional setting.
Familiarity with SharePoint, Microsoft 365,Zoom,Adobe, Salesforce CRM, and Slack.
