ADULT CLINICAL THERAPIST

JOB SUMMARY

: Under the direction of the C.H.O.I.C.E.S. Director, assesses clients (adults) needs; develops and implements individualized treatment plans; implements interventions that facilitate adult progress toward specific goals and objectives; participates in multi-disciplinary case staffing and utilizes caseload management systems; conducts individual (adult), family and group counseling sessions in accordance with professional standards; collaborates with appropriate agencies and parties within the community; and performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

: Masters level counselor / social worker. Experience providing individual (adult) therapy to diverse populations required. Previous experience with adults required. Adequate transportation for frequent home visits a must along with valid drivers license and auto-insurance.

Proof of registration and licensure within defined area. Strong computer skills. Effective communication both written and verbal.

Pay : From $60,000.00 per year
