Job Description

Ultra I&C is seeking a Manager Financial Planning & Analysis to support enterprise-level financial planning and reporting activities across a multi-site multi-system environment. This role will be responsible for building and maintaining advanced Power BI reports conducting detailed financial modeling in Excel and providing actionable insights across the full spectrum of FP&A : P&L cash flow and working capital. The right candidate will bring strong technical skills critical thinking and a proactive approach to driving financial performance and process improvement.

Position Summary :

• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and visualizations to support strategic financial decisions
• Conduct advanced financial modeling using Excel and other tools.
• Lead consolidated financial reporting across multiple systems and business units
• Forecast and analyze orders revenue margins operating income cash flow and working capital
• Prepare and present executive-level PowerPoint decks with financial insights and variance explanations
• Perform month-end close activities including journal entries and actual-to-plan analysis
• Partner with program and finance teams to monitor budgets trends and key metrics
• Support strategic planning and ad-hoc scenario analysis across functional areas
• Participate in datamart / reporting system implementation projects
• Perform other duties as assigned
