Senior Content Strategist

A company is looking for a Senior Content Strategist, Information Architecture.

Key Responsibilities

Define and implement revised information architecture for technical documentation to enhance content accessibility across various platforms

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to document requirements for content creation, management, and governance

Evaluate and improve content management systems and processes to support an ambitious content vision

Required Qualifications

Deep understanding of content management systems and AI-enabled content tools

Familiarity with XML / DITA and structured content architectures

Experience with content workflows and ongoing team education

Ability to present innovative content strategies and persuade teams to adopt new processes

Experience working in SaaS-based initiatives or companies
