Elastic is seeking a Principal (or Sr. Principal), Security Specialization to become our elite leader to play a pivotal role in driving the strategic direction, operational excellence, and continuous innovation of Elastic Security solutions within services. This leader sets the global services practice vision. Their role encompasses multiple dimensions, from strategic planning to execution, ensuring the practice remains aligned with services goals, Elastic product roadmap, and industry trends.

Responsibilities :

Services Offering Development and Ongoing Management :

Design and develop clear, value-driven security service offerings that meet customer needs and market demand.

• Identify high-value use cases for security across industries and create frameworks for their successful implementation.
• Build, automate, and streamline processes for developing and deploying security solutions.

Sales and Delivery Support and Quality Control :

Drive scalable, ethical, and impactful security solutions to ensure measurable business outcomes and long-term success while supporting the sale and delivery of our most complex engagements.

Product Integration :

Work with Product and Engineering teams to share customer feedback from the field, and drive co-innovation efforts to increase customer value and satisfaction.

Community Enablement, Engagement, and Development :

Ensure excellence by training service team members on the capabilities, limitations, and ethical considerations of Elastic Security to boost confidence and understanding.
