Position Overview :

Blue Compass RV is seeking a results-driven Project Manager to lead construction projects ranging from $100K to $15M, including new builds, renovations, and expansions. This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing national organization and play a pivotal role in shaping its physical footprint across the U.S.

The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with a strong background in commercial construction, lease-related coordination, and cost control. You will manage projects from initiation through completion—ensuring quality, budget, and schedule adherence—while also maintaining compliance with lease terms and regulatory requirements.
