The Physical Therapist is a key member of the IDT, focusing on care planning and the coordination and delivery of restorative and rehabilitative physical therapy services to participants, working to maximize independence and safety.

This role is different because Physical Therapists at WelbeHealth :

• Lower patient volumes, no more seeing 3-4 patients an hour
• Form long-term relationships with participants rather than short-term rehab stints
• Collaborate with other therapists, providers, and disciplines
• Have work / life balance - no hours of documentation after work hours
