• Utilize Technology : Efficiently manage applications, resident information, and leasing tasks with tools like Yardi, CRM, or AppFolio.
• Promote Fairness : Uphold Fair Housing guidelines to ensure an inclusive leasing process.
• Drive Team Goals : Collaborate with your team to meet and exceed occupancy and leasing targets.
