Job Description :

• As a copy editor, your purpose is to support our customers’ success by ensuring our support content is clear, consistent, and effective. You’ll collaborate with subject matter experts to improve the quality, tone, and usability of knowledge articles and Community content. Your work helps us deliver a seamless, trustworthy content experience that empowers customers to solve problems with our self-service resources.
