Job TitleWholesale Sales Assistant Job Description Opportunity to work as a Sales Assistant for a mid-sized and growing wholesale manufacturer that specializes men's, women's and children loungewear, sleepwear, swimwear and intimate apparel with partners in private label and entertainment licenses. Job Qualifications

• 1-5 years of experience supporting a salesperson or sales team in the selling of consumer goods to retail accounts.
• Experience working with apparel, home, soft accessories, or related categories.
• Will fill out item set up sheets/forms for customers, send buyer samples, and keep actionable list for all open tasks due buyers and licensors.
• Must be detail-oriented and have superior organization skills.
• Strong communication and organization skills to handle a lot of interaction with licensors, retailers, internal design and production teams.
• Detail-oriented, able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, and self-starting, with an ability to prioritize their own workload.
• Proficient in MS Office and basic software skills
• BA/BFA in Fashion Buying or Merchandising a plus

Must be willing to go into the office 5 days/week.
