Key Responsibilities
Drive the end-to-end recruiting process from sourcing to offer across technical and non-technical roles
Coordinate interviews, facilitate hiring decisions, and run interviewer training
Build and maintain partnerships with hiring managers across the US, UK, and Canada
Required Qualifications
4+ years of recruiting experience
Proven track record of sourcing and closing technical talent, especially with Python, Go, and enterprise software experience
Experience using Ashby, LinkedIn Recruiter, Wellfound, and other job boards
Ability to multitask and project manage multiple roles, applicants, and projects
Desire to get things done and win the best candidates
