What you will do :

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for various roles, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop hiring strategies.
• Source and attract candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidate qualifications.
• Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Track hiring metrics and provide regular updates to leadership.
• Provide excellent customer service both internally and externally.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

What we're looking for :

Experience : 0-2 years of recruiting experience, preferably agency.

Skills : Strong sourcing, interviewing, and negotiation skills.

Tech Savvy : Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and LinkedIn Recruiter.

Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

People Person : Ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.

Driven : Self-motivated, service focused, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple positions at once.
