Facility Coordinator

The Facility Coordinator is responsible for supporting shipping and receiving operations, maintaining inventory data, managing documentation, and assisting with administrative duties to ensure smooth facility operations. Shift : 1st 9am-5pm. Pay : $20 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate shipping / receiving activities using WIN Central, Powersuite, and other systems
• Maintain accurate trailer and drum tracking data; scan storage areas and manage tracking gun downloads
• Print manifests, labels, and shipping papers (including TPOs for rejected materials)
• Organize and file plant and truck-to-truck documentation
• Input lab and tracking data into WIN
• Perform general clerical duties such as filing, typing, and supply management
• Ensure compliance with all Clean Harbors SOPs, safety standards, and environmental regulations
• Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant work environment

High school diploma or equivalent required

Work Environment

This position operates in a facility environment involving exposure to regulated waste materials. Adherence to OSHA standards and Clean Harbors safety protocols is essential.
