Job Description

We are looking for a talented individual to join our team as an SEM Program Specialist! You will support SEM programs for one or multiple clients that help industrial and / or commercial program participants apply the principles of continuous improvement to energy management. This position is currently remote, but will eventually require in-state site visits. Applicant must be based in or near the greater Oakland area.

Qualifications

Interface with customers to collect data, schedule meetings, and events, and other coordination Project reporting, budgeting, and tracking for multiple programs Report reviewing, editing, and occasional writing Assist in program material development, review, and editing Maintain communications and data sharing systems between clients, customers, and internal team Event planning and coordination

Requirements

In this exciting career opportunity, you will have... Minimum 1 year of project coordination / management experience in a professional environment Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint Bachelor's Degree Preferred

Target Compensation : $78,000.00 Compensation Range $71,390.00 - $85,000.00 Currency USD Type Salary Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data / ranges, applicant's skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications (e.g. JD / technology), for example. Sponsorship is not available for this position at this time. Successful hires must pass pre-employment checks.
