Job descriptionAverage weekly earnings between $1,300 and $1,400 Starting at $0.50 CPM, up to $0.65 CPM after 6 months Performance bonus up to $0.08 CPM Stop pay $15 per stop Full benefits after 30 days : medical, dental, vision, and prescription 401(k) with company match and EAP Life, disability, accident, and critical illness insurance Rider policy (passengers 12+) Pet policy (dogs up to 40 lbs; available from day one, trainees after upgrade) 21 years or older with valid CDL-A Minimum 6 months tractor-trailer experience At least 12 months U.S. license history Clean MVR and PSP — no major violations in 3 years No more than 2 moving violations in 2 years No DUI in 5 years (10 if held CDL) Must pass DOT physical and drug testing Recent CDL-A graduates welcome 4–6 weeks of mentor-led on-the-road training Minimum 120 hours from accredited CDL school Stable employment history with no major gaps
