Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a CAD & BIM Drafter located in Floral Park, NY. The CAD & BIM Drafter will be responsible for preparing detailed technical, engineering, and architectural drawings with a focus on accuracy and adherence to project specifications. Daily responsibilities include creating, modifying, and managing Computer-Aided Design (CAD) and Building Information Modeling (BIM) files, collaborating with project teams, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and project requirements.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Computer-Aided Design (CAD), Microstation and Building Information Modeling (BIM) software
• Skills in producing Technical Drawings and Engineering Drawings
• Experience with Drawing and Architectural Drawings, ensuring precision and quality
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Familiarity with building codes and construction documentation is a plus
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field is preferred
