Business Development Manager – Civil Site Services, Utilities

📍 Manassas, VA (Hybrid – Office & Field)

Compensation : $80,000 – $90,000 base salary + performance bonus (based on new business generated). Real opportunity to make $150K+.

We’re seeking a Business Development Representative who thrives on making connections in the civil contracting industry and knows how to turn those relationships into long-term business. This is a high-visibility role where you’ll represent AllSite in the field, build brand awareness through Lunch & Learns, networking events, and industry gatherings , and create meaningful client engagement that drives revenue.

What You Will Do :

  • Develop business opportunities by engaging clients through Lunch & Learns, site visits, and industry events
  • Build and maintain strong connections with builders, GCs, engineers, and other civil industry professionals
  • Actively represent AllSite at networking functions, trade shows, and social gatherings to strengthen our presence in the local market
  • Partner with the estimating team to ensure timely follow-up on bids and proposals
  • Stay visible and engaged with existing clients to foster long-term partnerships
  • Be the connector who opens doors and keeps AllSite top of mind in the industry

What We Are Looking For :

  • 2+ years of experience in sales, business development, or client engagement (civil site work or construction industry preferred)
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Outgoing, proactive personality with a passion for networking
  • Established network in the local civil / construction community (preferred)
  • Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record

    • Compensation & Benefits :

  • Base Salary : $70,000 – $90,000 (commensurate with experience)
  • Bonus / Commission : Performance-based incentives tied to new business brought in
  • Company vehicle provided for client visits and events

  • Flexible schedule and paid time off
  • Monday – Friday (full-time); occasional evenings and weekends for events.
  • Hybrid : Office in Manassas, VA + client-facing field work
