Chief Technology Officer

A company is looking for a Chief Technology Officer (CTO).

Key Responsibilities

Define and execute the multi-year technology roadmap and architecture for scalable platforms

Build and scale the engineering organization while establishing a strong engineering culture and processes

Engage with stakeholders and represent the company externally, translating technical strategy into business value

Required Qualifications

12+ years of tech leadership experience, including 3-5 years in a senior executive / CTO role

Proven track record in building and shipping large-scale platform / infrastructure products

Strong hands-on architectural experience with distributed systems and cloud / Kubernetes

Deep familiarity with web3 protocols and developer tools

Exemplary leadership in hiring, mentoring, and scaling teams
