A company is looking for an Early Career Trial Attorney to manage insurance defense litigation and provide legal counsel.

Key Responsibilities

Manage all aspects of insurance defense litigation from case inception to verdict

Gather and organize documents, evidence, and legal research for various legal proceedings

Conduct legal research on relevant laws and prepare summaries and reports

Required Qualifications

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school

Active license to practice law in California

Experience in litigation or trial advocacy preferred

Knowledge of insurance law and regulations

Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
