Texas Telehealth Registered Nurse

A company is looking for a Telehealth Registered Nurse.

Key Responsibilities

Provide telephonic patient care, developing and evaluating comprehensive care plans for various disease states

Educate patients on medication adherence and support them through telephonic outreach programs

Collaborate with healthcare professionals to enhance patient experience and continuity of care

Required Qualifications

Registered Nurse with an unrestricted compact license in Texas or Arizona

3+ years of clinical RN experience

Experience using Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook

Ability to be licensed in multiple states as needed

RN Diploma, Associate's or Bachelor's in Nursing
