Key Responsibilities

Lead the strategy, design, and delivery of user interfaces and experiences across digital products

Drive UI development strategy in alignment with product roadmaps and user-centric design principles

Establish best practices and frameworks for UI components and champion AI-based design tools

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field

15+ years of experience in software development or UI engineering, including 5+ years in a senior leadership role

Proven experience in leading enterprise-scale UI platform development

Ability to engage and influence C-level stakeholders

Foundational AI skills and understanding of AI applications in design and user experience
