Community Manager — Wallick Communities

Location : Jerusalem Judson Meadows & Judson Terrace - 4855 Ridge Ave, Cincinnati, OH 45209

Job Type : Full-Time

Pay Rate : 50,000-$55,000 + Benefits

What You’ll Do

  • Lead a team of leasing agents and maintenance professionals, ensuring a highly engaged team provides a great experience for residents.
  • Process community staff payroll.
  • Ensure collections of all monies due to the community (i.e., rent) are received and deposited.
  • Process community invoices for payment.
  • Purchase and maintain adequate supplies for the community.
  • Maintain acceptable levels of occupancy (minimum 98%).
  • Maintain positive relationships with the community owner / s and its residents.
  • Review rental applications for approval.
  • Complete move-out paperwork according to governing regulations.
  • Perform unit move-out, annual, and housekeeping inspections in a timely manner.
  • Audit all resident files and ensure they are complete and correct prior to forwarding to supervisor for review / approval.
  • Timely completion of reports required by government agencies, administrators, or the Company.
  • Maintain the community to Company standards.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

What You’ll Need

  • Experience : 1+ year as a residential property manager with HUD / Section 8 experience a plus; or 3 years in a general manager role with strong people leadership and process management skills.
  • Education : High School diploma; associate’s degree a plus. COS, LIHTC, HCCP, AHM credentials are a plus and may be pursued after hire.
  • Dependability : Reliable transportation and a strong work ethic.
  • Resident Focus : Commitment to providing exceptional service to residents.
  • Operational Excellence : Deadline-driven with attention to detail, compliance, and quality.
  • Technically Savvy : Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Yardi experience is a plus.
