We are currently seeking a Shipping Clerk I to join our team. This position plays a critical role in ensuring that all outgoing products are properly labeled, packaged, and shipped in a timely and accurate manner, helping us maintain our high standards of customer satisfaction and quality.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Label and pack finished parts according to detailed instructions and customer specifications.
  • Ensure packaging methods prevent damage during shipping; suggest improvements when needed.
  • Accurately prepare and maintain all shipping paperwork, labels, and documentation.
  • Confirm that all job paperwork is complete and that part numbers match across shipping logs, invoices, and packages.
  • Collaborate with Production, Engineering, Quality Inspection, Stockroom, and Customer Service teams.
  • Assist with printing packing slips, bar code labels, and managing filing tasks.
  • Follow all company work instructions, safety guidelines, and 5S standards.
  • Support continuous improvement in shipping efficiency and product quality.

Qualifications :

  • 2 years of shipping experience.
  • Labeling local and international shipping.
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs. to shoulder height.
