Job descriptionSuccessfully run camera’s down drains and main lines. Follow step-by-step process Nexstar training provided by the company. Providing professional quality options for repair and replacement of plumbing. Within 24 hours completing the job, following-up with the customer to ask, “how it’s going?” and making sure the customer is satisfied with the outcome. Conversion goal of 50%. Job costing (building an estimate). 20% gross margin. Providing 5 star customer service. Plumber Experience / knowledge is a must! licensed Plumber is a plus! Detailed oriented. Flexible schedule Customer Service skills. Ambitious.
