As a Senior Modeling and Simulation Engineer, you will engage in innovative projects, collaborating with diverse teams that focus on Guidance, Navigation & Control (GNC), Signal Processing, and missile-and-sensor-level performance simulations. Your contributions will be vital in maintaining high fidelity performance simulations and advancing our technology roadmap.

Key Responsibilities :

• Create high fidelity simulations and models for missile design, performance assessment, and flight testing.
• Develop and implement effective modeling solutions, conducting thorough evaluations of system and subsystem performance.
• Collaborate in a dynamic team environment, offering guidance to fellow engineers while receiving insights from team supervisors.
• Work closely with GNC, Signal Processing, and other performance personnel to execute simulation activities aligned with project timelines.
• Lead different projects through their entire lifecycle, from initial concept to fielded products, by determining effective approaches and solutions.
• Provide technical expertise on simulation products, assist Senior Modeling Engineers with detailed planning, and collaborate with government counterparts as a simulation authority.

The salary for this role ranges from 82,000 USD to 164,000 USD, reflecting various experience levels. RTX considers many factors in extending offers, including role responsibilities, candidate experience, location, and skills. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) matching. Applicants may also be eligible for various incentive programs based on individual and business performance.

This is a U.S.-based position. Applicants residing in U.S. territories will receive the applicable pay structure and benefits.
