Job description
A company is looking for an Actuarial Manager to lead actuarial initiatives and support the growth of its actuarial department.
Key Responsibilities
Lead actuarial initiatives in pricing, reserving, and performance analytics, aligning with business goals
Expand and scale a high-performing actuarial team while fostering a collaborative culture
Analyze portfolio performance with Portfolio Underwriting to identify profitability drivers and implement data-informed actions
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in actuarial science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field
Associate - Casualty Actuarial Society (ACAS) or Fellow - Casualty Actuarial Society (FCAS)
6+ years of actuarial experience, including 3+ years in small commercial lines pricing
2+ years in a leadership or mentorship role
Proficiency in Excel, PowerBI, and SQL
