Roles and Responsibilities :

Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of tax professionals, administrative staff, and support personnel.

Stay current with tax laws, regulations, and updates, ensuring full compliance.

Oversee daily operations, including appointment scheduling, client intake, and workflow management.

Develop and execute strategies to expand Safe Tax LLC's client base and increase revenue.

Manage the financial aspects of Safe Tax LLC, including revenue, expenses, and profitability.

Provide training, mentoring, and professional development opportunities to staff to enhance their tax expertise.
